Does anybody know who the architect is that did 44 Monroe St Bed-Stuy? Its on the market currently, I'm looking for an architect to work with. I own a town house in Clinton Hill.

I don’t know who did that building- and by the looks of it, it was not done by the book (there are no records of any permits being filed at that property-but there is a record of an illegal conversion violation), but I do live in Clinton Hill-and I am the principal of an architecture firm that can definitely help you.
