We’re looking for someone who is budget conscious and wont try and steamroll us into spending more money than we’re comfortable with. Thanks SO much!
Call mark from Lidmark Construction 718 986 0641. He is usually in the neighborhood. I have worked on a few different interior and exterior jobs with him and recommend his work. As far as electrical and plumbing work there are some fly by night people out there; hire licensed qualified contractors. If you are in need of electrical work see the ditmasparkblog. Good luck.

Been there, done that. Full renovation while living in the house most of the time. Renovated what was worth saving (plaster moldings for instance) and ripped and replaced things like the bathroom and kitchen. I’ve got a great guy for you if you want a lower budget than the boutique firms. Plumbing and electric all up to code. Only compromise is time since it is a small crew. Why is it you never say anything about what kind of job they did for you, or anything about what kind of home you live in, or anything about any topic other than recommendations? Maybe you’re actually a satisfied homeowner and not a shill but if you have nothing to say except contractors and phone #’s I assume you’re here for no other reason that to give plugs.
