The 95-unit big boy that’s been in the works on 4th Avenue between Douglass and Butler for a couple years now sure looks to be getting ready for take-off: Last week its developers filed a permit for a sales office. More importantly, though, the building has been branded: 150 4th Avenue is henceforth to be known as “Arias Park Slope,” according to a website and Facebook page. The website says prices are starting at $295,000 but it also says it will have luxury rentals. So, unclear which way the wind’s blowing on this one.

Hey 11217, how’s your Argentine real estate holding up? LOL
You’re right Pete. But then the top of the site says they’re for sale starting at $295K. Will update item.
Oooh… Luxury!!!
http://www.ariasparkslope.com which is where the link above ‘website’ takes you – says luxury rental.
Great building. Love how its book-ended by the 19th-century bricks.
And their website most definitely says new luxury RENTALS coming soon.
I really like it. Absolutely the best on 4th Avenue so far. And the location of this one is great.
