In an article online yesterday, she wrote that the Forest City Ratner would be selling the rights to build a hotel within Miss Brooklyn for $28.8 million. “Basically, it’s eminent domain being used to give the land to Ratner for free,” commented Dan Goldstein. “Then he gets to sell it, which again is pure profit to him as opposed to the state and the city. In a separate article, Ryley also notes that less than 10 percent of the first-phase apartments—143 out of 1,580—will be low-income units. Another 216 apartments will be for middle-income earners. “The so-called moderate-income properties are way beyond the incomes of the vast majority of residents in my district, so to call those units affordable is laughable,” said City Council Member Letitia James.

Notwithstanding your background and personal history, let me drive this home to you, thin skinned white boy. I’m in my late 30s and I’ve been making over $650K for over the last 10 years. I live in brownstone Brooklyn. I owned three brownstones, own a fabulous summer home in the Hamptons and I’m financially independent. Even more shocking I’m black!! The vast majority of my friends are black and we all make around the same and are all MDs or partners at various law firms, consulting firms, private equity firms, venture capital firms and investment banks. I’m Ivy league educated, hold three degrees advanced degrees and work for a bulge bracket shop on the street.
How does it feel that you are so pathetic that the existence of people like me threaten your own existence and harms your own fragile sense of self? Well you asked for it. How much do you make? Where did you attend school? Are you married with children and have a successful family life? What are the voids in your life and shortcomings that have led to your obvious low self-esteem? Why do you feel so inadequate as a human being that you must find someone else to look down upon?
You think blacks are shit – so be it; go about your life and enjoy your slanted view of the world if it indeeds make you feel better about yourself. You need help. There are more black men in prison than in college.
Blacks have the lowest average income in the US.
Blacks are the least likely to hold a steady job.
And so on, and so on…
That was off the top of my head, there are millions upon millions of successful African-American businessmen and businesswomen in this country. I just named the ones that are more widely known. Did you expect me to write down all of them? I know you’re trying to be helpful but let’s not leave logical out of the equation.

See the Princeton study to which one poster gave a link. Meanwhile, I never said there have been no innovations by black inventors. I pointed out that throughout history, there have been only a handful. None major, no matter what you think. These few inventions and innovations are a start, but they don’t amount to much.
They only prove that it’s possible more will follow. But the pace really needs to increase.

How do you explain the differences between black and Jewish achievement in the aftermath of the Holocaust and in the context of today’s middle-east, where every nation in that region wants to eradicate Israel?

Meanwhile, as bad as they are, their murder totals are low. I am not aware of any murders committed by members of the American Nazi Party. The Italian mafia gets slapped around every day by federal agents and prosecutors. The Russian Mob, as you put it, isn’t nearly as well defined as the Italian Mafia. Nevertheless, they are caught and prosecuted and as far as I know, there is no campaign among whites to “stop snitchin” on the criminals.
