Construction Moving Along on Astoria Mixed Use Build

Check out what’s up at 27-42 21st Street, at the corner of 28th Avenue. This under-construction build will be a 12-story, 30-unit development with 23,887 square feet of residential space and 1,067 square feet of commercial space.
