I walked by it recently – they have just added the little roof over what will be the entrance I guess, a lovely touch. It is not a great location, between the two other buildings, but it does make the least of it.
nothing like some good ol’ Soviet era Eastern Bloc architectural aesthetics. YUM!
Whomever built that pile should have to live it in.
There is something wrong with the window installation. Up close you can see that they don’t fit the openings.
