  1. quote:
I saw a woman leave her purse in the shopping cart at Trader Joe’s yesterday

LOL. but a trader joes means that an area is 100 percent criminal freeeeeeeeee! yeah i see that all the time as well, men and women just leaving their purses and walking away? wtf. and people in coffee shops leaving their 2000 dollar laptops out and go to the bathroom or go outside to smoke.

FYI: the starbucks on spring street in soho has an undercover detective in the store almost all the time when it’s busy because people are always getting computers and bags stolen from that location.

    *rob*

  2. I saw a woman leave her purse in the shopping cart at Trader Joe’s yesterday and I wanted to take it just to teach her a lesson. I know it’s not just tards, but people need to pay more attention.

  3. Dave, the only problem with shoot to kill is they usually end up killing the Amadu Diallo’s of this world, not the truly despicable people who one might make an argument as to “deserving it”. With that in mind, I think shoot to wound, and only if you can’t apprehend or stop any other way is still the better way to go.

Noki, I also feel for the St. Lucian soccer player and his family. I hope they find who did it soon. Our gun culture really sucks. Got a beef – shoot someone. They hit on your girlfriend – shoot him. He steps on your sneakers – kill him. Where is the sanctity of human life?

  4. DIBS are you a paddy? And considering that it’s not certain if this term came into being due to the number of Irish cops or criminals, I don’t see how this is a “horrible ethnic slur,” or why the writer of the column needs to inform us that it is.

  5. “and the thieves know that most of the spaghetti armed beardos are not going to put up a fight.”

haha – they’ll just put up an artistic passive-aggressive poster saying how uncool it was of that guy to mug them.
