I was amazed at the pics of the Presidential Palace down there.
It’s a very bad state of affairs. Even before, the state of the electricity, water, hosptals and all else were really bad.
I think MoCADA should open a branch in BoCoCa.
Also, artist Tim Okamura does not seem by sight to be a member of the African diaspora (unless one is using the argument that ‘we all are’).
im pretty sure everyone knos about the earthquake. i was kind of annoyed this morning when i went to watch the WB morning news from 8-830 before i left that the entire newsshow was dedicated to it with nothing about anything else. :-/ as if other things havent happened in the world in the last 24 hours? i know, that’s wrong to think that, but a lot of people do. that said, it’s very sad about what has happened in haiti, but i dont want to be constantly bombarded (assaulted in fact) about it.

believe it or not, artists do not cause gentrification. low self-esteem does.

ROTFLMMFAO
Yeah, dh, and then came the Dutch, the English, and god-forbid, the Italians & the Irish.
LMAO @ Curbed comment about Burg shipping container building:
“All the charm of living in a cargo box, and if watching Dexter hasn’t taught me anything, the insides of shipping containers is where bloody chainsaw related murder occurs, especially in front of small children. So thanks, but no thanks avant-garde starchitect professor of some no-name NY institute.
Final conclusion: Lame, knock em’ down, or send them to the port of Miami where they belong.”
