I’d bet that the rats come from poor domestic management of rubbish, not that of restaurants.

This has been issue for me…Everyone just loves this backyard seating for restaurants but they have created a serious rat problem on many blocks and I wish health dept would forbid them.

While believing almost everyone deserves a second chance, in my mind, that doesn’t apply to convincted pedophiles.
I think anyone with the first name of “Bernie” should be in prison.
