I don’t know… Chase, Walgreens and Verizon all in the same 3 months? Sounds like the corporate location scouts have their sights set on Myrtle.
Now if we could just get them to work on those grits…
I’m all for the Chase, there is no Washington Mutual remotely close so when they switch to Chase I’m in luck.

Very interesting point, hopefully now with the fulton bid in effect fulton can get some of that myrtle love.
Yuck! Why is there a one-story building here with nothing above it?!
Anyone know what’s up with that small tower going up in the background of the photo? Condos I assume, but the construction has been at a snails pace (but consistently making progress) for probably 18 months now.
I have to agree w/ BowlOfDicks on this one… we def need an HSBC on smith or on court (south of Atlantic).
There is a Chase at Washington and Flushing. Interesting how Myrtle continues to attract so much more commercial activity (of the legit sort) than Fulton, despite the latter’s location on top of subway line.
Holy Shit my Bank’s Chinese!!!!
off topic, but i would kill to have an hsbc branch on smith street.
