Smokin’! GMAP
I think the PS hater only staying here for the kids (btw, they are only in elementary school for 5 years, so that seems idiotic) is the CRAZY MAN LADY!!!!!!
well if ps. 321 is overrated, there’s always ps. 39.
two excellent schools in one hood ain’t too shabby.
so who’s behind this joint?
Its got Alan Harding all over it.
An expansion of Gowanus Yacht Club?
4:55 – check the latest job growth figures. austin is #1 in the nation right now. beating vegas, atlanta and florida and definitely new york. also, old west austin isn’t exactly cheap. around $1mn starting for a nice place. just saying…
Hey, 4:56, 321 is overrated, too. So don’t stay here for that.
4:57….judging by this website, i’d say it looks like park slopers NEVER work!!!
here’s the thing about the women…you say AUSTIN has hot chicks…not just west austin.
well…park slope might not have the hottest chicks, but NEW YORK CITY DOES!!!
4:52 I was referring to PS women. BIG difference…Agreed that Manhattan women are lovely and you can’t beat the sheer numbers of ’em.
But you’re not walking out your door into Lubbock or Dallas…Austin is a vibrant city with culture, lots of lakes (Lake Travis–ok dam created but still counts) bands and bars. Nicer people too. No snark.
4:33 here. they are both great places to live. summers suck in austin and winters suck in brooklyn. would agree about the women though. also, austin truly embodies the laid back “slacker” spirit (check out the movie to see what i mean but not the movie “slackerS”). park slope gets an A for effort, but everyone has to work like dogs to afford it, so not much time for anything else. a lot of austin-ites in brooklyn these days, so there must be something in common.
ANYONE WHO SAYS THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD 95% SUCKS DOESN’T DESERVE TO LIVE THERE!
