Gowanus BAR-B-POO
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ANUS
I’ve seen the floorplan of this joint. I love the blueprint for the bathroom: after gorging on all the BBQ, you just squat on a hole that empties into the Gowanus.
3:45 – you’re right – if the authors of that study knew how much of a headache it would prove to be for the denizens of brownstoner, they would have thought twice before releasing it. However, I suspect it is the same person who brings it up on every possible thread.
If Park Slopers were constantly bragging about how wonderful their neighborhood was *and it weren’t true*, nobody would bother hating them for it.
as someone who has lived in park slope for a year I really dont get why some park slope residence get so uppidty about the neighborhood. Its great and I love living here but I also love pretty much all the neighborhoods in brooklyn.
and bbq is great and Pies&Thighs was too far away. Im also glad to see stuff other than lowes open up in gowanus.
I could handle the Park Slopers’ incessant bleating about how their neighborhood is better than [INSERT OTHER BKLYN NEIGHBORHOOD], but the continued reliance on that inane “Top 10 Neighborhood in the USA” press release is just too much.
I’ll tell ya the thought of all that BBQ. Well It makes me Hard!
