A liquor licence notice is up at the old Michael Allen Desserts space, at 1015 Fulton Street. A company going by the name of Flip is applying for a beer and wine licence here. The meeting with the community board was last week… did anyone attend? The Michael Allen space shuttered last December and now sells out of the Fresh Fanatic off of Park Avenue.
