Pilar Cuban Eatery Opening Second Locale in Bed Stuy

Pilar Cuban Eatery, the popular but tiny joint on Classon Avenue, is expanding into a larger space on the corner of Bedford and Greene avenues. Singage up says they will open soon, and the manager tells us they are shooting for October. As for what to expect, they plan on including everything at the original location and more. So on top of a menu of soups, salads, empanadas, and rotating daily entrees, expect a small plates tapas menu and sangria. They are also building out a bar and adding outdoor seating. The original location at 393 Classon Avenue will remain open. Nice news for Bedford! GMAP
