Permits Approved for Burg Conversion 641 Driggs

Last we heard of the Williamsburg factory building on the corner of Metropolitan and Driggs Avenues, the DOB hadn’t yet approved plans for the residential and commercial conversion. Last week permits were approved for 26 units on the second, third and fourth floors. The architect listed through DOB is ZAD Architecture, responsible for 27 Quincy Avenue and 387 Franklin Avenue. The building sold last year for $7,000,000 and has been under construction since the summer. GMAP DOB
