cobble- since we are raising the PLUSA dues, what are the chances of my getting an assistant to help me make tiaras? I have a back log and the elf died last week.
In 2003/2004 end of year into the new year, I got very sick with the flu and didn’t get really better for a long time. I decided to never miss a flu shot. I am going to start getting shots for pneumonia prevention too.
Not to sound too hypocondriacal but also a family member is suffering bitterly from shingles, a variant of the herpes virus related to the Chicken Pox virus. If you have had the Chicken pox, this virus lives in your body dormant and can emerge when run down. It is extremely painful since it inflames the nerves that it affects. There is a vaccine for it and I think that it is worth it to get that too.
CGar- I had the servants fix up the other wing for you and place a fresh can of Lysol Extra strength by the door. They will also fix your meals in the sterile kitchen so that there is no possibility that my relapse will affect you. I’ll miss you!
The evil e-sil is grumpy but not ill so she is making me lunch. This is the thanks I get for helping her shovel snow.
Cgar, although I live in the ultimate “ethnic” neighborhood, Bedford-Stuyvesant, I have a passport and have visited Carroll Gardens many times. In person, not just on the Internet.
DH, I agree with you about the Cobble Hill houses – the thing is, there is a lot more consistency in Cobble Hill. And, unlike Cobble Hill, in Carroll Gardens, a lot of houses were torn down over the years, and replaced by buildings that really don’t fit the character of the original nabe (sorry, benson!) – every block is far more of a hodgepodge, even my old house has a hideous Fedders house across the street, and, after I moved they built an ugly new building on the site of an old 1-story garage at the end of the block.
I think retail is comparable, but restaurants are better in Carroll Gardens.
Cargar, only the Platinum PLUSA Health Coverage Plan allows you to pick who gives you the happy ending. Dental dams, gloves and condoms are still extra.

“Also, I still have 675 condoms left from Legion’s stash.”
