cobblehiller…the market is taking all the continued bad news quite well. It also looks like it wants to break above its 50 day moving average…which would be a strong signal. For now, it’s a trade…it could go up 15% or 40% but it probably will correct down again after that. No one is yet sure where the economy will bottom.
Speaking of What > Madoff > Mets > real estate — anyone wonder if the Love Lane condos will be impacted by all this?

No Dave! This is like when the Tsunami first hit. All of the animals left the beaches days before because they knew something was wrong. The Humans watched the water get sucked of the beaches and stood in amazement at the title wave! When everything was over the Animals gored on the flesh of the dead humans. This the same thing going on right now. The Madoff thing was real bad because when rich people start to lose money, its game over…

speaking of methadone clinics… there is one like a block away from where i work.. ive been working the same block for the last 8 years and i never knew there was a methadone clicic right near by. but for years now every morning there’s a huge group of shady people with junkie face all standing around yelling at each other, ordering coffee with 5305 spoons of sugar, and meh i dont know where im going with this actually.. but yeah anyway i guess i just always wondered why they were always in this area (spring & broadway in soho). i did peek in the methadone clinics windows a few time, im curious like that. they have really funny signs up.. back in the day my biological mother was in a methadone maintenance program. not sure if she still is or not, no one has heard from her in over 10 years.

I went to Trader Joe’s for the first time yesterday, the one on Atlantic and Court. Nothing out of the ordinary except for one thing: their frozen meat section is unbelievable. I’m totally buying all my meat there from now on.
