  1. “two-wheel petrol power is the way forward!”
the chicken, I wish everyone felt that way. We are in need of more bicycle lanes and should be promoting cycling like they do in Denmark and other bicycle-friendly cities.

“I usually bike or walk to work when it’s nice out. Biking cuts my commute from approx 25-35 minutes to about 15.”
DH, cycling is also, by far, my fastest way to work. 15 minutes door to door. It beats walking by 25 minutes, the subway by 10 minutes and car (which varies widely depending on traffic).

  2. CG Ups, not really. If the weather is manageable in the morning, I ride. I have the luxury of being able to take my bike up to my office and store it there, so if the weather is bad after work, I just keep it in my office and ride it home the next day.

    Delivery guys are tough!

  3. Last year hubby and I considered getting a scooter. We looked at the Vespa. We would have had to get the bigger model so we can take it onto the highway. It was too big for me to handle. In the stopped position, my feet didn’t reach the floor. I wouldn’t be able to ride it alone.

  4. “Any biking commuters on the board?

two-wheel petrol power is the way forward! Considering the amount of traffic in NYC, why is scootering not more popular?
