There are 10,560 “average” poles in a mile… and 7,040 very “healthy” poles. Taking something in the middle… one pole a day, a mile would take about 23 years.
Of course, one tends to travel the length of a pole several times per “sitting.” So, that could change the statistics.
Rob, you have a dogwalker? That’s not a poor person thing, I am just saying. No judgement, at one point I had three dogs and they used to trash my apartment during the day… but damn, I’d get rid of that expense and at least drink a better class of beer. Also you are right, the time difference between 35 hour week and 40 is actually sort of huge. Sometime in the late nineties, everyone began working the 40 hours… I always hated it.
bxgrl…we reviewed Susan Boyle days ago. ENY called her Eurotrash.
People still have 40 hour work weeks? I’m at the Death Star for up to 60 hours per week. Of course, 56 of those hours I’m here posting, but still…
Gorgeous voice, but those eyebrows. Very Andy Rooneyish.
tybur6…I’ve been at this for 29 years. Your other “assumptions” are pretty good though.
Did anyone see the Susan Boyle video in youtube?
