Also I am mulling making an offer. But if we did, it would mean we could only spend $10,000 on electrical rather than doing the whole thing. (Is that even possible?)
I am also sort of thinking — what if they would do a short sale with the bank and take $100,000 less, which would make it possible for us to take out a construction loan? If they lower the price, I want it!
Also I want to spend as much time as possible with the house I love, ha ha.

Sorry to have been away for so long….a quick trick and now I’m on the train to Philly.
