I bet they realized it is Easter Sunday. Say what you will, in Bed Stuy church can go on all afternoon and I would think Easter Sunday would be a really big deal.

if you like the house, go, try to remember some of the faults you said you saw and then if you reallllly like it – place an offer that YOU are OK with even if it’s 100K less than the original offer you presented
This is a tough time out there and am surprised by some of the stealthy sellers out there!!!
