  2. Any of my RHNYC fans still here? I just found more photo’s of The New Casa de Zarin on Jill’s Flickr account. Let’s just say it the rest of the house doesn’t fare any better than the living room did.

  3. Hiya Assheads! Remember I said that Condos would get vaporized in the Mutant Asset Bubble? Well suck it down!

The developers of the Robert Scarano-designed 133 Water Street in Dumbo filed for bankruptcy in February, and now Dumbo NYC gives us the latest on the condo-turned-rental: “First the bankruptcy occurred, then the building owners stopped paying the super, who was forced to quit until residents brought him back, then the doorman stopped showing for a few days (though that may be a coincidence), and finally tenants in the building have reported serious carbon monoxide (CO) issues without any management response.” Yowza. Residents have been venting on a 133 Water Street blog. [Dumbo NYC]

This from curbed.com! 133 Water street is a nightmare and imagine the horror on the retards faces as the MAB collapsed right in front of their faces??? You still believe that NYC is in great shape???? It’s only the beginning and I will see you in 7 months…

  4. “Men are simple. You feed them and give them sex, they’re happy.”

Women are even simpler. They just need the food part. Maybe some shoes here and there.

Hey Rob, neva mind the online stuff. Just go to irs.gov and get yourself a copy of (probably) 1040EZ. You’re not married, you don’t own property, you have no dependents, and probably nothing else that would require to to answer a hundred questions online. You can do it yourself, really. NYS has a similar simple form (you need to mail them both by 4/15).
