Oh, wine….don’t pour me a glass, I don’t drink.
Isn’t there some boutique wine store near you in JC, THL? Olivino from Ft Greene opened one up in Bed Stuy and I think there are no bottles over $25 and many below $15. In Philly and Bucks County we always go to NJ for our wine.
I just finished eating lunch…yes, lunch. I had a very hectic day.
Okay, now what do we talk about.
I’m thinking so too Dave. It’s much easy o be frugal in the colder months. Come the warm weather months you want to get out and have fun. My guess (and I’m no economist) is that the markets will start to shift and consumers will start loosening the purse strings more as the weather warms.
O.k…how about this? I’m trying to fine the best resource for “recession wines”. So far I’ve found that Wine Spectator has a daily wine pick and they have an under $15 category.

Snappy, nothing better than nicotine gum. But if you get it be careful. Just chew lightly two or three times, then wait a good long while until you feel something. Otherwise you will OD and feel very, very sick. (Even if you already felt sick to start with.)
rob…we’ve had this belief at the firm here that people are going to let loose and spend money this Spring after all the bad news and the long cold winter….everyone’s just been so depressed for so long

there’s mad amount of shoppers in soho today. with bags! looks like people are shopping again. i guess that’s a good thing.
