Snappy, I know your chicken is already seasoned but in the future there’s a million different things you can add to the basic reduction I gave you. You can do a google search for Balsamic reduction and you’ll find a tons of different versions.
Snappy, the info is historical and not limited to landmarks. They have old(e) maps and Brooklyn directories. last year I did my title history at the City register. I simply looked for those names in the Brooklyn directory (pre-phone phone books, alphabetized), to see if the title holders actually lived at the address.
THL, the flips probably occurred before there was a house. Speculation and inside dealing, but not yet “flip this house.”
I always tend to cook too much when it comes to chicken. I try to cook enough for me and to give the cat a few unseasoned pieces.

But it’s been wrapped tightly in foil in the fridge!!! This is the depression, my friend. No food goes to waste!
