Wasder, I grew tomatoes in a large pot when I lived in Crown Heights years ago. It worked out well. (Until I forgot about them and they got sun scorched!)
wasder…the biggest problem with tomatos is staking them effectively, otherwise you can grow then anywhere. Definitely put them where they get the best sun.
Yeah, if you think about it, Jellies gave birth to those ridiculous Crocs that people just love. Those things are hideous. I hear they are comfy, but no thanks! The Jellies seem to be making a comeback for kids.
When I had them my mom made me wash the shoes before and after each use. In the summer, I’d get a ‘foot tan’ in the design of those damn things! I looked ridiculous, but I loved them anyway 🙂
ewww jelly shoes made girls feet stink. BAD! all the dirt of the day got crusted up in them and made the imprint of the shoes on your feet. i remember my cousin growing up was never able to get that gunk imprints off her skank feet hahahah

Does the brownstoner server seem slow today to anyone else????

mmmmmm…figs!
When they’re in season, I consume an obscene amount. I can eat them non stop.
I can’t fig-ure out why I love them so much.
What about my tomatoes people?!

Snappy, I was in the shoe section of C21 the other day…and I saw ‘Jelly shoe’ like flats; clear plastic.
I thought, for my days off when I don’t want to wear my plastic pumps.
I actually picked them up and looked at them. They were the ugliest things.
