I’ll be pretty upset if it takes me that long Ditto! Mrs Chicken and Chicken Jr are both US citizens so it should just be a pretty straightforward, if bureaucratic, process.

Hello Mr What, I am curious as to what led you to call me a Dumbass (your capitalisation) and a retard?
If you read my entire post, you will see that I asked a question in order to educate myself. I then followed it up with my experience of how a similar situation in London/UK would be dealt with – a city/country that is generally considered to be less litigious than New York and therefore pertinent to the discussion.
Other posts that you have made in recent days/weeks have shown your conciliatory side so if you want to apologise for the insult then I will accept it. If not, then I guess I’ll have to just live with the disappointment.

Hey etson, I don’t think it was uncalled for (although it was personal). And if Rob isn’t pissed, I don’t know why you would be. As you noted, I don’t go out of my way to attack anyone, but Rob sometimes pushes my buttons (as he knows). When someone says that grammar and punctuation “don’t matter” I really have a problem with that.
