the BEST (probably test scores and fancy facilities) elementary school is STILL probably the one in tribeca. that school has dominated the #1 spot since as far as I can recall. I can do Tribeca if prices drop some more

So Park Slope is like the Miss America beauty pageant winner, not necessarily the sexiest or the smartest or the most talented. But a nice package overall.

The other thing about PS 31 is that 75% of students are eligible for free or reduced lunch and its only 35% white. Compare that to PS 321 which is 75% white (50% which are douchebags according to FiPS) and just 13% free or reduced lunch. So if you’re looking for diversity income-wise or race-wise, PS 321 aint the place to be.
