Glad I don’t live in rob’s world. In my world, a scoop at Blue Marble is $4. Less upscale/artisinal/moonfacey places charge less. No wonder he’s always out of money.
“well you go on ahead with your bad old self eating 15 dollar scoop ice cream and breast milk pudding pops then. i most certainily, will not.”
I do neither, but appreciate that those who do are making it possible for people to have jobs, pay taxes, and otherwise contribute to the general economy. They may even have clients who patronize your place of employment, thus keeping you from standing outside of said businesses with a cup, opening doors for patrons.

Bad for bones: too much booze, smoking, no exercise, stress (adds to acidic balance in body – ph balance below 6), no sun, diet too high in meat, and too low in vegetables and fruit. Less than 1500 mg of calcium in diet.
Good for bones: Exercise, sunlight, 1500 mg of calcium in diet, ph balance 6.5-7 from eating the right balance of foods.
BAD IDEAS that doctors promote: unrestrained use of Foxomax, heavy calcium supplements.
Wine increases the HDL (high density lipid) cholesterol which are like the scrubbers which pull the bad cholesterol, LDLs, (low density lipids) off your artery walls. Good for you!
Diet Coke is terrible for a lot of reasons. Lech, re the weight connection, the aspertame is supposed to send a signal to the brain which says something like “sweet alert, but wait, where’s the sugar?” and a craving for sugar results. But I am studying more about nutrition and soda (but diet coke especially since it is like water to a lot of women) is really bad for the body’s ph balance. They sell a crock of s#!t to women about bone health, but maintaining the proper ph balance in the body is key to maintaining bone health. If the body is too acidic, (ph balance below 6-7) then calcium leaches from the bones to maintain the proper alkalinity. Our diet tends to be too acidic anyway and soda puts it over the top. Really bad for you.
