CGar — Ever since the whole Soon-Yi story broke, I can’t watch Woody Allen movies — old or new — without cringing. Every movie seems to carry a justification for all that creepiness. I’ve had a number of Jews of a certain age and Manhattan neighborhood tell me I’m no longer Jewish as a result.
About the only thing worse than a political argument on a Monday morning is a religious one, and I think many people have more loyalty to their favorite technology than they do to their view of god.
So how can I find out how many books the dude sold who was preaching about the Rapture? Just curious how much money he actually made off of this gimmick.
“Still, pc’s have something like a 95% market share. Windows must be doing something- several things right or they wouldn’t have left Mac in the dust :)”
Actually it was pretty cool. He took remote control and fixed the problem, which was my internet connection, not the os. In all the years I’ve had a pc, this was the first time I ever had to use a tech. The biggest problem for PC users is not being techno-savvy enough. Windows doesn’t dumb down their information- they seem to think everyone is a nerd. SO a simple problem always has a complicated answer. Most os stuff I’m really good with, it’s networking/internet stuff I have problems with.Still, pc’s have something like a 95% market share. Windows must be doing something- several things right or they wouldn’t have left Mac in the dust 🙂

lol,
CGar,
I know benson thinks the same,
that Woody hasn’t held up over time.
That scene is funny though.
Ha, it almost sounds like a day in the OT!
“Get a Mac or stop surfing porn, bxgrl.”
dave, it’s less that bxgrl trolls for porn than that she streams live performances of herself for subscribers.
popularity is NEVER a justification for quality.

Look at AAPL and MSFT stock prices and tell me who’s gaining market share.
Besides, it’s not about PCs anymore…it’s about tablets.

95% of computer users are too poor to buy a mac.
