  1. Dh- I’ve rarely had problems with my pcs. Only once had a virus because I stupidly opened an email and clicked a link. I knew better too. My brother-in-law has had macs, adn pcs. Hates them both equally. He’s had to replace his macs several times because of hardware issues.

  2. I agree, dh. Besides, I don’t like paying for wine parings. I usually want to drink a lot more than the one glass you get apired with each course.

It’s a ripoff geared towards the effite, snobby, nouveaux riche elitists.

  3. “I’m not interested in any of this PC tech talk. I’ve had a Mac Laptop for about 6 years and not only have I never had a virus or data issue but I’ve never even had a pip up ad.”

yeah – seriously. my mac works. my old pcs didn’t. case closed.

  4. “dh…seen this yet for Brooklyn Fare???

Tuesday nights, 20 course dinner PLUS wine pairings. Only $285!!!!!!!’

meh – not worth it. brooklyn fare was awesome but the price had a lot to do with it. $285 is too steep.

  5. I’m not interested in any of this PC tech talk. I’ve had a Mac Laptop for about 6 years and not only have I never had a virus or data issue but I’ve never even had a pip up ad.

I will soon be replacing it with a Mac Air if I can stop spending money on dinners and prostitutes.

  6. I still use mostly 32 bit programs, but they run better on a 64 bit operating system because of the way memory can be accessed.

I just upgraded from 4Gb to 8Gb, and it has made a difference.
XP could theoretically use up to 4 GB, but the reality is that it lost efficiency at bit over 2 GB, and had an upper limit of around 3.4 GB.

    2 to the 32nd power = 4,294,967,296
