How much do all of you generally tip a hustler or a prostitute?
I prefer to tip the hotel maids at the end of my stay but I notice the person at the end of my stay is often not the person during rest of the stay and tipping everyday is something I dont like to do

Don’t forget motel maids. That is a terrible and generally poorly-paid job. Tip ’em. (Said as a former motel maid)
Rob, I’ve looked at houses in lots of NJ counties and most are good to pretty good. Just Hudson county is so so. Issue with most states compared to NJ is most states have more problem areas even if they have a few mega standout schools here & there

yeah exactly. i’m pretty immune to bad service in restaurants since i live in the capital of indifferent, hostile servers – most delivery guys are way more friendly than some hipster loser servers.
funny when you get a hipster delivery guy (calexico, dumont, motorino etc)

Bfar, the first time I saw Brownstoner, the banner photo had brownstones in it. I don’t know why Mr. B changed it. I liked the last one better for the reason you wrote. I don’t exactly remember it, but it may have shown just the top of a row and the cornices.
