and rob- you need to seriously stop making generalizing pronouncements about everyone and everything as if you really know something about them

    BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

    ROTFLMMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Somehow, I agree with both MM and dibs on this one. Obama has had to deal with lots of BS. But he does come off as tone deaf even when he says things I agree with. Clinton had to put up with lots of BS, too, but had a more common touch. A lot depends on unemployment, gas prices, and who the opponent is. But how successful he and the GOP are, respectively, in defining and framing the debate over 2012 budget, will be important factor as well. He does need to communicate effectively with a majority of the voting public (something I think you and I both want, MM). The last sitting prez to get reelected without a common touch was RMN; the last with a common touch not to was LBJ.

  3. more power to them, DH. Most of us never get paid for all the hours we put in. I worked on a yearlong project for a organization a few years ago and got royally screwed. I earned the equivalent of 2$ an hour when it was all over. Learned my lesson then.

  4. bxgirl you seriously need to chill out sometimes. getting worked up cuz everyone in nyc is a graphic designer is like someone else said, people getting worked up cuz everyone in LA is a mactor (that’s a wannabe model / actor)

    *rob*

  5. DH, please send some of these graphic freelance jobs that make a ton of money to my tenant ^^^^^ Because the stuff I see her doing takes a ton of time, a lot of attention to detail, and in the long run, comes out to be only slightly higher than minimum wage.
