  1. jessi….browning really only necessary when there’s skin, otherwise I would not brown chicken. Just saute it, skin side down, in some oil, or better, butter.

  2. Dave, I’ve never been picked up at The Flea but I did run into this dude that I would have slept with but before the big reveal, he told me he had herpes. Awkard seeing him there.

    yeah – very weird. tables there aren’t cheap i imagine. maybe a lot of vendors think of it as free advertising for their brick and mortar shops.

  4. Cobble/Dave – I was making chicken marsala the other night and was instructed to first brown the chicken. I wasn’t able to accomplish this feat. How do you do it? I had butter and olive oil in the pan (a lot, as per recipe) and I know you can’t put olive oil on too high a temp.
