  1. “The kind you find at the Jersey Shore and that all it was missing were partying guidos and towels hanging over the railing. ”

    I stand corrected.

Your statement stands on its own merits.

Isn’t this a perfect ending? Here comes the What. You can all join hands now, and forget about that guy who caused all of that consternation with the statement:

Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

  2. Dibs – I know, but remember you were the buyer not the seller, am the seller and don’t know if i can take the criticism 🙂 – hahahahaha
I will let it come on organically and not say anything and let the comments come and I will learn from them – you know?

  3. gemini….after I bought my house in Bed Stuy and started on brownstoner I discovered that my house was HOTD about 5-6 months before I bought it. The comments were all very interesting. It was a great house and everyone agreed on that but the real negativity did revolve around the asking price.

PS I didn’t pay ask, even in the height of the bubble!!!! Very close to ask, yes!!!

    I’m still very happy.

  4. You’re not even quoting me right!

I said that the condo building (which had a balcony)looked like an old hotel. The kind you find at the Jersey Shore and that all it was missing were partying guidos and towels hanging over the railing.
