I’d like to go away this weekend. Looking for a quaint little town (not a village) to terrorize. Max 2hrs by car.
Not as many places sell Serano as do prosciutto.
Prosciutto & figs is the best along with prosciutto & buffala mozzarella or even better buratta!!!!!

DH – I highly doubt Rob would ever eat at Balthazar. Speaking of which -is Balthazar still good – I haven’t been in about 8 years….
