denton, city tax is 2%…no crime in center City area really. Car breakins here and there. it has a lot better restaurants by far than Pitt
No tax on dividend income either

2. Who is the current governor of NYS
3. Can they find Japan on a map

Thanks, Legion. It was more than one piece too. Maybe he had somebody screw up the chemicals. I will ask him about that and ask him about his insurance. It was sort of symbolic too — like “what’s going on with this neighborhood, everything is so freaking ghetto. Can’t even get my clothes cleaned”.
