Legion, this morning I brought up Obama’s lack of a longer term strategy for the Middle East. The typical Dems all jumped on me about the Bush years.
Well, you know what, during the Bush years, things werte pretty quiet over there.
And it’s a different ballgame now. it’s not an Israeli/palestinian issue anyomore but one that actually matters because oil is at risk.
Obama and the brain trust better start thinking strategically, or bring some people in who can educate them about MENA (Middle East north Africa) because this thing is getting out of hand.
Someone has to step up to the plate and admit it’s about oil, which it is. And maybe terrorism.

Bush couldn’t stand the quiet over in the ME, so he invaded Iraq.

I saw jester a couple of weeks ago, btw. He’s doing well, just think he’s focused on a few other things currently. I’m sure he’ll be back.
