I only had a plain hot dog with sauerkraut and a root beer – total was $8!!!!!!!!!!!!
UM WHATTTTTTTTT? yes the hot dog was good, but not great and I will not return again.
You couldn’t have figured that out before you actually ordered??????? It’s your own fault. I might expect that of rob but you can actually do your own taxes right?????
dibs — anyone can go to synagogue for services; you don’t have to be a member. If you want to be a member, it usually involves an annual dues payment. We don’t pass an offering basket during services. People who are less committed might still join 1) to have a guaranteed seat at Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, when lots of jews go who don’t the rest of the year; 2) to send their kids to Hebrew school; and/or 3) because the like the community.
“Also can you not just attend synagogue or are there always dues to pay? You can walk into any church and just essentially become a member by not actually doing anything.”
Most organized churches have some kind of new member training (indoctrination) including communion and or baptisim.
If you want a seat in synagogue on high holy days you got to pay your dues.
Yeah, seriously, Dona. The good thing was, given how much he’d put himself out there, he gave me an A+ in both the classes I took from him and wrote me stellar recommendations.
