M4L, like everything there are rules for how long you need to “advertise” for old tenants (in newspaper classifieds) before you can officially say people weren’t harrassed into leaving the SRO. I don’t know what they are, but it just takes time.
Reminds me of the woman that set at the next desk to me when I started my first job. She & family were looking to move. One day I overheard her (not difficult) saying on the phone to her husband “you do realize we might even need a *mortgage* for that one”.

Lech, as rob said often, you dont “own” till you paid it off and it’s lien-free. you own a mortgage.
