Thanks people. Closing was smooth, not a hitch. Neighbors are bringing over baked goods and telling us how much they love the neighborhood. On train back to work now. The viewe of tthe Hudson is quite stunning.

When I bought my house in Kansas City and when I bought the building here, I had the impulse to walk around and say “This is MY house.”
Well, I would imagine because D-Cat’s was a coop (or was it a condo?) and not a house.
Also, I think New York City just tortures people.
