If you want to freak yourself out a little google “mega tsunami new york” and then spend the rest of the day imagining new york city in the cross hairs of a giant tsunami gun being pointed across the atlantic ocean from the canary islands.
You’re right, Dave. There was a tone. I understand that you have a duty to your investors to make money but I do wonder if they’d ask you to pass on opportunities such as these. I know I would.

“Scott – what about this hotel? I think I’m staying there in June.”
That looks like a great spot. I love Venice Beach, and that’s right by the heart of it.
It is also 26 feet above sea level.
jb– I assume your interest in weiners was honorable, but just how many straight, single men do you think there are on the OT?
And BH’s brother lives/works in Venice Beach. : (
“The only part of Santa Monica at sea level is the beach and 1 row of buildings right on the beach.”
And that is PRECISELY where BH’s aunt lives. In that little row of houses right on the beach/PCH.
jessi, I detected a tone in your post.
That’s my job.

The greater determinant of damage is the slope of the sea floor, not so much sea level of the shore land.
