What is the point of creating detailed Tsunami risk maps if they are not accessible when people are most likely to be wanting them?
We are talking about perhaps 100 files that will only get heavy access once ever couple of years or less. How expensive would it have bee to find reliable hosting for them?

After they have recieved the document and verified that you are the rightfull owner. You will be provided with instructions on how to get the stock certificates. It is a pretty simple process.
