What is the point of creating detailed Tsunami risk maps if they are not accessible when people are most likely to be wanting them?
We are talking about perhaps 100 files that will only get heavy access once ever couple of years or less. How expensive would it have bee to find reliable hosting for them?
I bet there are dozens of firms in Silicon Valley who would have provided the space for free.
