Now that I think about it, we do have a tiny bamboo plant that has stayed alive for 5 months or so.
Ha! Your bamboo are Kardashians! I don’t think the size of the glass matters. They just need a little water kept at the bottom of the glass.
snappy should i put them in a bigger glass? i did that a year ago, put in a bigger clear glass. the roots of the bamboo sticks are all tangled up in the marbles at the bottom of the glass. and yes all three of my bamboo sticks have names (kim, kourtney, and khloe) so i dont want them to die 🙁

Rob, my experience with bamboo is that it always dies after a few years. I’d be annoyed at that, but they only cost like a buck per stalk so I guess I get my money’s worth.
im horrible with plants but ive been pretty decent with the two i bought like three years ago. a cactus and some kind of other plant but i dont know what it is. they dont ever seem to need much water. oh yeah and i have bamboo sticks for a couple of years too but lately some of the leaves turned yellow so i clipped them off. maybe cuz they were always by the window and it was open?

Lech, I have some of those in print…great stuff. And I’m sure that gum massager was used for *other* things.
This one in particular is great. A….. gum massager. Yeah a gum massager.
