  1. Snaps – I agree. I would have been so upset to see an older lady getting on the bus and some kid is sitting in the first 3 seats. Manners – no one has them. I still sit in the back of the bus and I will often stand on a bus b/c I find so many older people ride the bus and need the seat more than I do!

  2. Rob – why is that a strange comment? It’s true – all the black kids I know (all my nieces and nephews) whether they are here in BK or in Baltimore or down south – they ALL listen to the same crap that’s on the radio. It’s sad! None of them will play something that I haven’t heard before and again that’s sad! I am 35. They should know other rappers and singers out there that I DON’T!! That is what being young is all about – discovering music that adults don’t know about…..

Sorry, but when I was 16 – I was listening to all sorts of music -some of it on Top 40 – but most of it was stuff I was trying to find or I was busy listening to old stuff as reference. Maybe I was a music snob back then

  3. Bxgirl, me and the guy I was talking to wondered the same thing. I’ve had bus drivers actually turn the engine off and announce that unless the elderly/disabled person got a seat, everyone would be thrown off the bus except that person. This driver either didn’t notice or didn’t care.

  4. jessi, drove around and surprised how much new condo buildings around the burg.
Drove up bedford, down Grand but friend wanted to go to greenpoint for polish food and ended up on g’point avenue.
Food was good but stomach bothering me most of night.
Wish it had been warmer to walk around more.
