I know the retail strip further south. It’s cool with lots of nice little shops/eateries. There’s a fixer upper brownstone gonna go look at. Just concerned being too close to Atlantic. And the surrounding area is zoned “Manufacturing”

No dona, I was not bitten by a beaver. I have a longstanding fued with a family of beavers, and I happen to have been sick for the past few weeks, so people have been joking that the beavers must have poisoned me. As far as I know they didn’t.
