Most importantly, don’t try to jump into bed at 9PM to get a good night’s sleep. Stay up until the last feeding around 11:30 or so. More than likely the baby will only wake up once during the night and you will feel fine in the AM. It’s the teen years when you will get no sleep. Trust me.
