yes it’s actual property – it could be from a safety deposit box OR when he died, and the morgue took his body – they usually give the wallet or jewelry to the police to hold – but after a year I think the police hand it over to the state if no one claims for it.

okay on the new jersey unclaimed property search thingie i put in just my last name and my dead uncle’s name popped up as having property in cliffside park nj. but he sure as hell didnt own any property? wait is this like any kind of property like personal property or whatever? it gives a property ID but doesnt say what it is… i wonder what this unclaimed property is? it’s probably personal belongings they put in an envelope when you go to jail or prison most likely ahahah

Jessi – I don’t! I know I know. But I figure he will be in a bassinet in our room for 3-4 months after he’s born and the baby’s room is our old den where we still have a futon, TV and stand so I have to get rid of the stand and futon, move the TV into our room (ugh) and then buy a crib and all the stuff that comes along with having a baby. However, I did have the Container store set up an elfa closet system in his room so it’s all organized with drawers and everything – so that’s kinda cool. I did wash all his clothes already and my hospital bag is packed!
