I must un-humbly boast that I make a mean baked Mac N Cheese. Fortunately for my arteries, I only make it at Thanksgiving and sometimes Christmas. It’s all in the mixture of cheese, glorious cheese.

I love olives, grew up eating them with big hunks of feta on crusty bread.
