Actually Lech, now that I think about it, my original calculation of the roll of the die was correct. It is 1/6 (the odds of one roll being a “1”, times 5 successive rolls with the other 5 numbers (5/6).
The probability of that event, is 0.063, and so the odds of “one” appearing one time is 1/16th.
Actually Rob – that’s not true
if you can’t afford the $25 – you send the moderators a message when you are joining explaining why you can’t afford the $25 payment and they will waive it for you. I thought about doing that considering am not working
BHS – I understand. I am starting to feel that way too. like at first, loved it – then it started to annoy me and now am wondering if I will even check it once a week. I wanted to meet up with moms similar in situation with a newborn baby etc

I just reserved a conference room so I can go work there and not be near the OT, which is destroying my supposed productivity. I’m AUDI.

The way I have described the problem, and the way I have proposed solving it mathematically, is correct.
Did you hear about the mathematical impossibility??
