So I had an 8 am meeting today, and on my way back to the office I was walking though the tunnel underneath the Helmsley building that sits over Park Ave, and out of the corner of my eye do you know what disgusting act I witnessed?
Punfests are kind of like bamboo…very invasive and hard to weed out!

i think it’s more because most readers seemed to be pissed at Butler for turning the blog into a broker shillfest. I could care less either way, but people seem cranky.
Who planted the seed of this bed of puns anyway? I’ll make a beeline away till we outgrow it.
